Originally built in the late 1800s the home had been rented out for more than 20 years and as a result it was tired and in much need of a full renovation.

In 2016 apteryx was commissioned to almost completely rebuild this home to bring it into the 21st century, providing a quality home for todays style of living, with complete climate control, flexible living spaces and the highest quality finishes throughout. The home was transformed creating an expansive sense of space with cathedral ceilings, clean lines, highly polished floors and work surfaces and an effortless flow between spaces indoors, outdoors, impressive vistas and manicured garden.

Working on a sizeable renovation within an established well manicured garden required extra care to ensure plantings were not disturbed and the garden remained integral to the home.
