Our client, a busy professional couple were seeking a sympathetic addition, providing more space and modernising their eastern suburb 1900’s bungalow.

The additional space was accommodated by a pop-up storey housing 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a rear deck to incorporate indoor/outdoor living. The concrete tile roof was replaced with coloursteel new timber windows and joinery were fitted, including the statement round window at the front with a complex flashing system.

This was a busy central, high traffic site with live-in clients needing to remain in their home and able to live comfortably through the duration of the build.
